How Long Does it Take to Receive My Winnings?The following is a summary of the Cash Out process:
* Cash Out request can still be cancelled and returned to your Bankroll. ** Cash Out request can no longer be cancelled. *** Cash Out request has been processed and is being delivered to you. After five (5) Business Days (two (2) Business Days for Gold VIP Members), the status of your Cash Out Request will change to "In Process" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. You will be notified by Email when your Cash Out Request is processed and the money is sent to you. Credit/Charge/Debit Card Cash Outs:will appear in your Card's Account(s) two to ten (2-10) Business Days after processing is complete. Credits will be posted as from a variant of: Intersafe Global or I-Fund Intersafe Global or Intersafe Global (EU) Ltd. or Intersafe Global S, etc. Bank Draft Cash Outs: will take between 13 and 34 Business Days (see table above) for international Postal Service delivery, once processing is complete. Credit Card Bank Wire Cash Outs: will appear in your Bank Account(s) two to ten (2-10) Business Days after processing is complete. Credits will be posted as from: Bacs. ePassporte Cash Outs: will appear in your ePassporte Account one to two (1-2) Business Days after processing is complete. Credits will be posted as from: Casino-on-Net 18004805170. FirePay Cash Outs: will appear in your FirePay Account one to two (1-2) Business Days after processing is complete. Credits will be posted as from: Intersafe Global. INSTADEBIT Cash Outs: will appear in your Bank Account four to seven (4-7) Business Days after processing is complete. NETELLER Cash Outs: will appear in your NETELLER Account one to two (1-2) Business Days after processing is complete. Credits will be posted as from: Casino-on-Net. Wire Transfer Cash Outs: will appear in your Bank Account four to seven (4-7) Business Days after processing is complete. Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), Ltd. (the operator of Casino-on-Net), reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of Cash Out requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transactions. There are no fees for any of our Cash Out services. We want our Members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our utmost to keep the time frames stipulated in our Cash Out Policy. Please be aware however, that some Cash Out methods are completed via third parties and delays beyond our control may occur, in rare cases.
